The Michigan Memorial Lighthouse

Estimated completion is set for late Fall 2008 and will include:

168 niches in the lighthouse for cremated remains, a walk-out stainless steel deck from the lighthouse over the Huron River, a solar light beacon, premium flower beds and landscaping and much more.  It will be 33’4” tall and will be made of Rockville Beige and Carnelian granite. This lighthouse is being constructed to replace the block structure that is currently on location on the Huron River, located across from Block 32 Forest Hill Gardens.
